Shipping

I ship everything through USPS First Class (2-5 days). If you need priority, please contact me BEFORE your purchase, as this is an additonal charge. All packages come with tracking numbers. I do not insure packages (unless requested, and for an additional charge) and am not responsible for lost packages. It is your responsiblity to be sure the correct address is used upon purchase. I will do my best to make any corrections due to shipping, but please keep in mind that once it's shipped, its out of my hands.

Returns

I'm sorry, but I do not accept returns unless the item(s) are an error on my part. I inspect each item before it ships for quality. Each item is handmade to order, and requires my time.

If you return an order to me to be fixed, I will repair each item and then send it back to you (at my expense) in a timely manner. But I do not give refunds on items that are sent back to me. I will, however, do my very best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
